Come and join the Basic Aqua Aerobics for a fun way to keep fit for the over 50's.
This class run in conjunction with Better Leisure at Ulverston Leisure Centre is a fun and gentle way to keep fit and make new friends.
This class is aimed at the over 50's.
The group meets every Thursday from 2:00pm - 2:45pm. Refreshments will be provided.
