Looking Ahead Event - Grange - Tuesday 26 Mar 2019
FREE information event hosted by Age UK South Lakeland & U3A Grange. There will be two sessions the first from 10.00 am - 12.30 pm & the second from 1.30 pm - 4.00 pm, no booking necessary.
Come along to either session to see a seated exercise demonstration and learn about falls prevention. We will have people available to help you with benefits & Power of Attorney. Throughout both sessions you will be able to have a functional fitness test with the Westmorland General Physio team. We will have Amazon tablets for you to try out and to learn about how to get online. There will be advice on hearing loss and tinnitus, and you will be able to get your blood pressure checked.
You will be able to find out about the courses U3A have to offer & you can find out about the services of Age UK South Lakeland.
Tea, coffee & cake will be available throughout both sessions. Booking is not necessary.
