We welcome anyone interested in or wanting to know more about living with Dementia.
Hosted by the Rotary Club of Brampton & Longtown on the 4th Tuesday of every month between 1.30 and 3.30 in the afternoon.
Free refreshments are available.

The Information Hub is for:
-Those living with Dementia
-Their carers or relatives
-Those concerned about to find out more about dementia or are worried about their memory
The Hub will provide a relaxed and friendly atmosphere where members of the local community can
-share their thoughts, concerns and ideas
-spend time with those in a similar position to themselves
-take advice from a range of local organisations and professionals
